Portland Winter Light Festival. Portland, Oregon.

No Fixed Address presents a series of short films on an advertising screen located at 6th Ave and SW Montgomery Street in downtown Portland. It aims to
interrupt the regularly scheduled programming of public space and presents new possibilities for cinema on urban digital screens.
